As we don’t rent our booking system, there are no extra charges to you to book.
Online payment is handled securely through Stripe, the same system used by millions of other companies, including Amazon and Google.
Please be sure to contact our office the day before your flight to get your exact pickup time and location.

System notes: Please let us know if you find bugs in our new system! If your weights are outside of the booking system’s limits (minimum 50 pounds, maximum 230 pounds) you will need to contact our office to book. If the system shows no availability for the day you want, you’re welcome to give our office a call to double check and get on a standby list. Vouchers must be preapproved through our office before they can be used in the system. We’re still working on the gift certificate portion of the system, so holders of gift certificates need to contact our office to book.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your flight with us within 48 hours of your flight you will lose your deposit. If we must cancel due to weather, there is no charge, and the deposit will be refunded to your card. Refunds take 4-5 days to appear on statements.
